This section is dedicated to the investigation and prosecution of computer crimes. The majority of the information focuses on the exploitation of children on the Internet and child pornography, but I am beginning to expand the scope to cover other types of computer crimes as well. There is very little Florida case law on computer crimes, so a good percentage of the cases discussed come from the federal courts. |
